We were unable to communicate with our insurance carrier after the damage from Hurricane Ian. We turned our claim over to Noble PA Group . Ben McGee of the Noble Group was able to negotiate a settlement that was 3 times more than what we were initially offered. After correct documentation, a reinspection and months of diligent negotiation we received an acceptable settlement. We were then able to restore our house back to its previous condition. Our insurance company initially paid us less than the amount to repair our roof.After going thru several adjusters Ariel Morales began handling our claim. We had Adjuster William Dishaw come view our home’s damage and document not just not what we knew of but also what he found was damage. Could not have been a better visit and a relief to hire someone on our side and not the insurance company side. He set us up to be able to monitor at any time a client portal to view progress. He sent us Brent Williams of Matterport to scan our home and while Brent was documenting damage with pictures he saw more we did know we had. Brent was professional and informative. I initially contacted Noble Public Adjusting Group when I opened my attic several months ago and discovered a beam of light shining through the roof. They took my claim and started to document the cause of the damage. Noble offered a free inspection, so I had my wife's parents roof inspected also and it turned out to have way more problems than my roof did. Needless to say, Noble took that claim also. Both cases had to go to court, and Noble has a team of Lawyers (Morgan Law Group) that I hired to handle both claims. Morgan and Noble prosecuted the claims and got settlements on both. Nobody was home when I had Hurricane Ida on the second story. Ashley Ballew and Noble Public Adjusting Group were said to as a complete disaster. Ashley arrived swiftly and had my family relocated the same day. My insurance provider provided a cheap estimate for the rebuilding of the complete house and contents. She and the other Noble team members worked exceptionally hard and with five-star professionalism to get my family approximately 100% more than the insurance company anticipated in a very short amount of time. Emile Wolfaardt and his team were fantastic, and they were always available via phone, text, or email. Emile arrived to my place the same day I phoned. My claim was processed the next day, and a clean-up crew arrived the next day to clean up and rip out the damage caused by Hurricane Ida. We had an issue with the individual that was assigned to my claim. They were toying us with the estimate and responding to us. Emile went right over everyone's heads, right to the top, and after 2 months of going nowhere, I had my claim settled, cheque in my hand, and for exactly what we requested for to fix my losses, within weeks. I initially contacted Noble Public Adjusting Group when I opened my attic several months ago and discovered a beam of light shining through the roof. They took my claim and started to document the cause of the damage. Noble offered a free inspection, so I had my wife's parents roof inspected also and it turned out to have way more problems than my roof did. Needless to say, Noble took that claim also. Nobody was home when I had Hurricane Ida on the second story. Ashley Ballew and Noble Public Adjusting Group were said to as a complete disaster. Ashley arrived swiftly and had my family relocated the same day. My insurance provider provided a cheap estimate for the rebuilding of the complete house and contents. Emile Wolfaardt and his team were fantastic, and they were always available via phone, text, or email. Emile arrived to my place the same day I phoned. My claim was processed the next day, and a clean-up crew arrived the next day to clean up and rip out the damage caused by Hurricane Ida. We were unable to communicate with our insurance carrier after the damage from Hurricane Ian. We turned our claim over to Noble PA Group . Ben McGee of the Noble Group was able to negotiate a settlement that was 3 times more than what we were initially offered. After correct documentation, a reinspection and months of diligent negotiation we received an acceptable settlement. We were then able to restore our house back to its previous condition. Our insurance company initially paid us less than the amount to repair our roof.After going thru several adjusters Ariel Morales began handling our claim.
